Couples Intensives
Offered in the Peachtree City, GA office
How Intensives are Structured
Couples intensives are designed to provide both depth and structure. • Extended sessions: half-day option for current clients, or full-day sessions (typically 12 hours total over 2 days) for clients just getting started. • A balance of joint work and guided reflection • A clear focus based on your goals • Follow-up recommendations for continued progress (2 follow-up in-office or virtual sessions within 6 months for maintenance and/or tune-ups are included.)
Investment
Couples intensives are a more focused, extended format and are priced accordingly. Options vary depending on length and structure, with half-day and full-day formats available. Because this work is tailored to each couple, details are discussed during the consultation to ensure the format is the right fit.
Is a Couples Intensive the Right Fit?
This format might be a good fit for you and your partner if:
• You are both willing to engage in a focused, extended process
• You feel stuck and want to make more meaningful progress
• You are able to tolerate deeper, more intentional conversations
• You are motivated to better understand patterns--not just resolve surface issues
This format may NOT be the best fit if:
• One partner is unwilling to participate
• There is ongoing crisis or instability requiring immediate support
(for example: ongoing infidelity or active addiction)
• You are looking for quick solutions without deeper exploration.
What a Couples Intensive Can Look Like
While each intensive is tailored, a typical structure may include:
• Initial Consultation
A brief conversation to understand your goals and determine whether an intensive is the right fit.
• Focused Intensive Session
A half-day or 2-day session structured around your specific concerns, with guided conversation and intentional pacing.
• Integration and Next Steps
Time to reflect on key insights and identify practical ways to continue the work after the intensive.
After the Intensive
Some couples choose to continue with ongoing therapy to support continued growth and integration, while others leave with a clearer understanding of how to move forward independently.
